By accessing or using Levelica ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Levelica is a platform that transforms abstract concepts into structured level sequences, making growth visible and measurable. The Service allows users to explore, track, and measure their progress across various skills.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Levelica Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levelica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Digital Product Purchases

Levelica offers digital products, including Level Playbooks, available for one-time purchase through the Service. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are displayed before checkout and include applicable taxes. The final price, including any taxes, is shown at the time of payment.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record (MoR). Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax calculation, collection, and remittance on behalf of Levelica.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt and access to your purchased content.
• Levelica does not store your credit card or payment method details. All payment information is securely handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

12. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital content, the following refund policy applies:

1. Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase. Once access to the content has been provided, purchases are non-refundable.
2. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been provided.
3. This policy complies with Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Electronic Commerce Act (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
4. Exceptions: Full refunds will be issued for payment errors, duplicate charges, or verifiable content defects (e.g., corrupted files or inaccessible downloads). To request an exception, contact us at support@levelica.com within 14 days of purchase.

13. Digital Content License

When you purchase a digital product from Levelica, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content. This license is subject to the following terms:

1. You may use the purchased content for personal learning purposes only. Each purchase grants a single-user license.
2. You may print the content for your personal reference.
3. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the content with others, whether for free or for a fee.
4. You may not use the content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to training materials, courses, or derivative works.
5. All intellectual property rights in the content remain with Levelica. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.
6. Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of your access to the content and may lead to legal action.

This section defines the scope of your usage rights for purchased digital content. Section 5 (Intellectual Property) governs the overall intellectual property protections for the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

For consumers residing outside of the Republic of Korea, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to these Terms, to the extent required by applicable law.
